Criteria

Recognising employees who have provided outstanding compassionate care and support through:

Treating residents with dignity and respect, acknowledging their individual needs and preferences
Delivering high-quality personal care, ensuring residents’ or clients’ overall wellbeing
Enhancing residents’ or clients’ quality of life, promoting their independence and autonomy
Providing consistent and dependable support
Collaborating effectively with colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment
