All employees or teams in catering, cleaning, laundry, lifestyle, maintenance or administration within a Home, Home Care or Retirement Living

Criteria

  • Positive impact on residents’ or clients’ wellbeing and experience
  • Supporting residents or clients to live life on their terms

All employees who are Assistants in Nursing (AINs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) or Home Support Workers (HSW)

  • Improved quality indicator or clinical incident data; and/or

  • Introducing new ideas, processes, services, or projects that benefit residents, clients, colleagues or Regis
  • Saving time or optimising resources
  • Demonstrating originality and creativity with unique solutions
  • Achieving clear, measurable outcomes
  • Improving the quality of life for residents or clients
